Ordering Wu-Yi tea was an unfortunate deception, in that they attach another $19.95 per mo. charge through the company Living Lean. The good news is, when I contacted Living lean, 1-866-396-5711, I spoke to customer service, asked for a superviser, and was refunded 5 months of charges, sticking me with only two. I consider myself fortunate, and must say that the staff for customer service for Living Lean were very curteous and helpful. If you call to cancel, make sure you get your verification #.

I'm pissed that I got scammed, but I'm pleased that Living Lean was responsive.
